Professional Support services focus on troubleshooting a specific problem, error message, functionality that is not working, or project. An incident is defined as a single support issue and the reasonable effort to resolve it.
We also provide Microsoft 365 consulting services guiding clients through file/data migration to the Microsoft 365 Cloud. A Microsoft 365 subscription (which some clients may not realize they already have) affords:
- Team collaboration with the sharing of files, etc. among staff members
- File backup and recovery
- Work offline or from a remote location
